Strategy decks testers can defend in fifteen minutes
Open with three risks tied to revenue or regulatory language your company already uses. Follow with the smallest automation slice that de-risks each risk, named owners, and the date you will re-evaluate assumptions.
Slide four is intentionally blank except for questions you want answered in the room. It invites dialogue instead of applause. Close with explicit non-goals so nobody leaves believing you promised full end-to-end coverage next quarter.
Archive the deck with meeting notes in the same link so future you can trace why a decision happened. Context beats polish when leadership rotates.
