Returns & Refunds

1. Scope
This policy applies to paid training bookings made directly with Excel Core where prices are listed in AUD on excel-core.digital. Enterprise statements of work may include different terms referenced in your contract.
2. Cooling-off
For eligible consumers under the Australian Consumer Law, you may cancel within fourteen days of purchase if delivery has not substantially begun, unless you expressly consented to earlier commencement and acknowledged the right may be waived.
3. Full refunds
Where Excel Core cancels a cohort or materially changes schedule with no suitable alternative, you may request a full refund of fees paid for the affected module.
4. Partial refunds
If you withdraw after materials or live sessions have been delivered, refunds are calculated based on unused portions minus administrative costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Non-refundable items
Third-party licence fees, shipping of physical materials already dispatched, and bespoke consulting embedded in a bundle may be non-refundable as disclosed at checkout.
6. Process
Email hello@excel-core.digital with booking reference, participant name, and reason. We respond within five business days with status and any documentation requests.
7. Timing and method
Approved refunds are processed within ten business days to the original payment method where possible. Card network timing may add additional days.
8. Cancellations by participant
Transfers to a later cohort may be offered once per enrolment if requested at least fourteen days before start. Late cancellations may forfeit seat fees as disclosed in your confirmation email.
9. Consumer guarantees
Nothing here limits statutory rights including guarantees as to services being supplied with acceptable care and skill. Faults should be reported promptly with evidence.
