Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-03-15
1. Agreement
By accessing excel-core.digital you agree to these Terms of Use. If you disagree, discontinue use of the site and any enquiry forms. Excel Core may update these terms; the last updated date at the top of this page will change when revisions are published.
2. Services described
The site describes professional training programs in software testing and quality assurance. Descriptions, schedules, and pricing are informational and may change. Enrolment is confirmed only when Excel Core issues written confirmation specific to your organisation or individual booking.
3. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content for unrelated commercial datasets, upload malware, or misrepresent your identity on forms. Automated access that degrades performance for other users is prohibited unless Excel Core grants prior written approval.
4. Intellectual property
Branding, curriculum summaries, layout, and original copy remain the property of Excel Core or its licensors. You may quote short excerpts with attribution for non-commercial commentary. Course materials delivered under separate enrolment agreements are governed by those agreements.
5. Third-party links
Links may point to tools, documentation, or partners. Excel Core does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Review their terms before sharing data.
6. Disclaimers
The site is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by Australian law. Excel Core does not warrant uninterrupted access or that content is free from error. Training outcomes depend on participant effort and employer context; we do not promise specific hiring or salary results.
7. Liability limits
To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable statutes, Excel Core’s liability arising from site use is limited to re-supplying the affected service or paying the cost of re-supply. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that state. Before litigation, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting hello@excel-core.digital with a concise summary of the dispute.
9. Termination and suspension
Excel Core may suspend access where misuse is suspected or where required by law. You may stop using the site at any time. Provisions that reasonably should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits—remain in effect.
10. Contact
